FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Answers to common questions about consultations, cross-border financial planning, pensions, investments and regulated services.
Can you advise me if I live outside the UK?
Yes. Elysium works with internationally mobile clients. The appropriate regulated service route depends on your residence, location and the type of advice required.
Can Elysium review an existing pension or investment portfolio?
Yes. An initial review can consider your existing arrangements, objectives, risk, charges, structure and cross-border implications before any personal recommendation is made.
Do I need to live in Ireland or Spain?
No. Elysium supports clients across a number of jurisdictions, subject to the permissions and regulatory requirements applicable to the service being provided.
How does an initial consultation work?
The first conversation is used to understand your circumstances, objectives and the areas where you may need help. If further advice is appropriate, the next steps and required information are explained clearly.
Which regulated entity provides my advice?
The regulated entity depends on your residence, location, status and the service required. Full regulatory information is provided in the Regulatory & Risk Disclosures and in the disclaimer at the bottom of every page.
Do you provide tax or legal advice?
Elysium provides financial planning and related advisory services. Where specialist tax, legal or immigration advice is required, clients should use appropriately qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.
